Media Club is also announcing a significant increase in TV advertising prices for next year.

Trade representative Media Club has confirmed forecasts of a significant increase in TV advertising list prices for next year. The company's commercial policy for 2025 foresees an average increase in the price of TV advertising of between 18% and 22%. This is an overall increase in the base CPP as well as increases in stage and seasonal coefficients.

Basic advertising price increases by an average of 14% to 18% depending on the volume of client investments. The higher the volume, the higher the increase. Higher increases then also apply to longer spots - for example, in the case of a one-minute spot, the price increase is 10%. And in terms of campaigns spread out over the year, the off-season - the winter months and May to August - are particularly expensive.

Media Club will require all clients to spread the volume of GRPs ordered in 2025, with the understanding that if clients adhere to this spread, Media Club will "take the utmost care to deliver such campaigns".

As in previous years, Media Club clients can receive incentive discounts on TV campaigns. For those who place an order for 2025 campaigns by 2 December 2024, an off prime time index of 0.90 and a prime time index of 1.05 will be applied. Those who make commitments for 2025 by January 13, 2025 will receive a discounted prime time index of 1.05 and an off prime time index of 0.95.

For 2025, the strategic target audience for both TV and eGRPs continues to be adults 18-69 years. Clients will be able to choose from up to 24 target groups to plan their campaigns. The distribution of each channel is optimized by Media Club according to the current performance of the represented channels and demand.

In 2024, as in 2025, Media Club will represent ad sales for the Prima group, the Óčko group's music stations, Paramount Network, Nickelodeon's children's channel, NickToons and Nick Jr. , Retro, channels represented by Atmedia Czech and most likely also TV Barrandov channels. Here, according to a statement by commercial director Vladimír Pořízek, the deal is being finalised.

In addition, the portfolio of the "domestic" Prima group will grow by at least one TV channel. However, Prima has two stations in preparation - the crime Prima Case and another channel for terrestrial and internet broadcasting, the name of which it has not yet disclosed.
