Nova Television has opened casting for a new series of reality competition show Superstar.
Television Nova is preparing the return of the musical talent reality show Superstar after four years. On Saturday, it issued a challenge to those interested in signing up for the new series. In doing so, it promises to be "bigger than ever". The earliest it can appear on the air is 2025.
Nova last aired Superstar in autumn 2021. Sixteen episodes of the competition were watched by an average of 645,000 viewers over the age of 15 at an 18.4% share then. In the younger 15-54 group, the share was 23% (data source: ATO-Nielsen).
