On the weekend of 18 and 19 January, the second edition of the largest domestic food festival took place in Prague's multifunctional centre O2 universum.
The food festival "Nova festival chutí", which took place on the weekend of 18 and 19 January in the Prague multifunctional centre O2 universum, was visited by more than 10 thousand visitors. The event was organized by Nova TV and Bestsport. The stands of twenty of the best restaurants from all over the country were set up under one roof.
Visitors could also participate in exclusive tasting menus led by Michelin chefs. The "VIP Gourmet Experience" restaurant was created especially for this event.
Tasting menus were prepared by Eska, SaSaZu, Grandrestaurant Pupp, Dejvická 34, Mlýnec, Molo, V Zátiší, U Sapíků, Aromi, Kampa Park, Červený Jelen, Silq, Mace and newly also Chateau Mcely, Ginger & Fred, Brick's, Prague's Cukrárna Myšák and pastry chef Helena Fléglová, founder of HF Pastry Academy.
Skoda Auto presented new products from its electrified portfolio and prepared a programme of activities. Transportation was provided by Skoda Enyaq electric vehicles throughout the festival. Food and beverage pairing was prepared by Coca-Cola Company. The Czech home furnishing brand ETA, whose appliances were used by Czech chefs, also presented itself.
