The new channel arrangement is based on agreements with individual content providers, which has led to some stations moving to more favourable positions. In addition to the Nova and Prima group stations, other broadcasters have also been reorganised. The documentary channel BBC Earth has improved its position and viewers can now find it in the 76th position.
However, the operator also allows customers to individually set the order of the channels. This adjustment can be made for each user profile separately, allowing personalisation for different members of the household. Changing the order can be done both in the web interface and in apps for smart TVs with Android, Samsung and LG operating systems (models from 2017), on Apple TV and in Arris boxes. The order of the channels of the Nova and Prima groups has been changed in the past also on the O2 TV or Nej.cz platforms.
