The Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting (RRTV) granted FTV Prima licences for a new programme Prima Show. The licences are for nationwide terrestrial broadcasting and special transmission systems (the internet). The new channel is to focus mainly on the format of reality shows and bring entertaining programmes. Prima is yet to announce the launch date. As indicated by the CEO, Marek Singer, Nova is likely to launch it this year.
It will be the second thematic channel of the Prima group this year. This June, it introduced Prima Star, a station containing Prima’s archive shows.
