APPLE HAS INCREASED ITS BRAND VALUE AND REMAINS THE MOST VALUABLE

Brand Finance has published an updated ranking of the world's most valuable brands.

Apple is once again the world's most valuable brand. That's according to a new ranking by Brand Finance. It estimates Apple's brand value at $574.5 billion. The value of the second-ranked Microsoft reaches USD 461 billion, according to the ranking. It is followed by Google and then Amazon. The top four positions are unchanged from last year's ranking. Moreover, the brands mentioned above have increased their value year-on-year. Four of the world's five most valuable brands are technology brands.

  • Apple: brand value $574.5 billion, up 11% from 2024

  • Microsoft: $461.1 billion, up 35%

  • Google: $413.0 billion, up 24%

  • Amazon: $356.4 billion, up 15%

  • Walmart: $137.2 billion, up 42%


The AI brand NVIDIA broke into the top 10 for the first time thanks to the AI boom. Big brands outperform global economic growth: the value of the world's 500 most valuable brands is set to grow by 10% this year, outpacing global economic growth of 3%.

Brand Finance also analysed which brands have grown the most since 2020. Over this period, TikTok has increased its value the most - despite only appearing in Brand Finance's rankings since 2022. In that time, it has increased its value by 79%.

Other strong growth brands include US gambling brands DraftKings and FanDuel, as well as the aforementioned NVIDIA. WeChat is then the strongest brand, according to Brand Finance, with a brand strength index of 95.2/100.

Brand Finance's brand valuation results are based on market research that examines 6,000 brands and includes more than 175,000 respondents from 41 countries and 31 industry sectors.
