Television group Prima and its representative Media Club have begun a search for a new commercial director. He will replace the outgoing Vladimír Pořízek.
According to several reliable sources MediaGuru.cz, the current commercial director of the Prima TV group, Vladimír Pořízek, will leave his position. It should end at the end of the first quarter of 2025. Prima has therefore already started looking for his successor through headhunting agencies. It has to choose from internal and external sources. The TV group has not yet officially commented on the information.
Like Vladimír Pořízek, the new commercial director will be responsible for the three business divisions of Media Club - television, radio and online, and will focus on the strategic development of the Prima Group.
Although Pořízek will leave his post, according to our information, neither party is opposed to further cooperation. However, it will not be within the framework of an employment relationship, but rather through ad hoc consultations.
The current sales directors of the individual divisions will not change and therefore nothing will change for the existing partners or clients of the Prima Group.
Negotiations on commercial commitments for the coming year continue. Negotiations will continue to be led by Vladimír Pořízek. As he stated in an interview for our website, Prima plans to increase the price of TV advertising by up to 20% next year. Increases can also be expected in other media that Media Club covers, i.e. radio and online.
More details on the new commercial policy will be presented by Prima Group and its commercial representation Media Club in mid-October.
