The statistics were published by Mediaguru.cz. According to it, all the winning projects attracted around one million viewers in the fifteen-plus age group to TV screens after 8 p.m.
This threshold was surpassed on Friday by Kukačky 2 on Czech Television, which was watched by 1.003 million people. On Saturday, the series Zákony vlka approached it, with Prima enticing 963,000 viewers over the age of 15 to watch it.
On Sunday, Nova took the lead. Its series Odznak Vysočina surpassed the million quite smoothly. It was watched by 1.1 million viewers in the 15+ category, relegating CT's newcomer, Volha, to second position.
Its second episode was watched by 936,000 people of the same age. Compared to the previous Sunday, it lost almost four hundred thousand viewers.
Volha versus Marta
At the same time, Nova announced that against the last episode of Volha it will deploy another expected, repeatedly postponed series. Starting April 30, the successful Odznak Vysočina will be replaced by the new comedy-crime series Případy mimořádné Marty.
The record-breaker of the Easter free evenings was then on Monday on Nova Specialisté. These were watched by 1.361 million people over 15 after 8pm. The follow-up episode of the same series was watched by 944,000. The series Specialisté was also the most watched show on Monday.
