The Golden Drum competition is open to creative, digital and media agencies, commissioners, design studios and media houses to submit work that has been or will be produced between 22 August 2023 and 21 August 2024.
This year's competition opens six sections: Drum One-Channel, Drum Omni-Channel, Drum Craft, Drum Creative Media Excellence, Drum Creative Business Excellence and a special All Juries section.
The festival will take place from 9-10 October. The awards will be handed out during the Gala Evening on 10 October 2024 following a full day conference programme, Marketing & Media Weekly is again a media partner of the event this year and will be reporting to readers directly from the venue.

- Deadline for entries: 21 August 2024 (23.59 CET)
- Deadline for Super Early Bird registration payments: 26 April 2024
- Shortlist announcement: 2 October 2024 (8.00 CET)
- Winner announcement: 10 October 2024
This year, the Golden Drum Festival is enriching the competition with a new B2B group in the Creative Business Excellence section. The categories in this group include a number of B2B-focused initiatives such as B2B Brand Re:Fresh, B2B Storytelling and so on. You can find all the competition news here.
Golden Drum is included in the AdForum Business Creative Report, a ranking of the world's most awarded campaigns by industry, and is also included in the WARC Creative Rankings.
The results of the Godlen Drum competition are counted towards the Czech Agency of the Year competition organised by Marketing & Media.
