In 2023, Media Club traded mostly TV advertising space purchased from FTV Prima and advertising space purchased from a number of other TV entities (Óčko Group, TV Barrandov Group, Atmedia, etc.). An important activity is also the sale of radio advertising (Prima Group's radios - Kiss, Country, Beat, Signal, Radio 1, Spin, as well as the full-screen stations Evropa 2, Frekvence 1 and Rádio Impuls and others) and the sale of online advertising products on websites, a large part of which is operated by FTV Prima.
"The year 2023 represented a relatively complex and turbulent period for the company, but ultimately a successful one both commercially and financially. The downturns and subsequent recoveries in the television advertising category caused by external influences were not as turbulent as in previous years, and the structure of advertisers also stabilised," Marek Singer, the company's managing director, said in the annual report. Overall, he assesses the year 2023 positively from Media Club's perspective. He also mentions a moderate growth in TV sales and "a significantly strengthened position in the radio market", as well as a strengthening of programmatic online advertising sales and the development of advertising product sales using HbbTV.
