TV Nova and Livesport have entered into a new collaboration that will expand the way people watch sports content. The partnership is set to bring direct sharing of video highlights from major football and MMA matches on the Livesport website and mobile app.
As part of this collaboration, TN.cz/sport will provide highlights from selected matches. "This is a significant step in improving access to exclusive video material for the general public and will be beneficial for all sports fans who want to stay up-to-date and have access to the best moments from football and MMA," says Jiří Štádler, head of sports at TN.cz.
Livesport as a provider of sports news, results and statistics will place this video content directly into the detailed pages of individual matches and fights in its mobile app and on the web. This will give sports fans access to the most important moments directly in the environment they use daily to track results and statistics.
"The cooperation with TV Nova is a first for us on the Czech market. We have already tried the synergy with media houses in Brazil or Portugal and we see it as a great opportunity to fulfill our primary vision - to bring sports fans all the important sports information in one place at the moment it happens," says Alan Záruba, head of digital content at Livesport.
Viewers will see highlights from football competitions such as the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Ligue 1 and the FA Cup and Carabao Cup in England. In addition to football matches, highlights from the biggest MMA organisations including UFC, KSW, RFA and Bellator will also be available.
