RESSOLUTION HAS A SOLUTION FOR MEDIA MEASUREMENT ALSO OUTSIDE THE HOME

ResSolution Group had a mobile media measurement solution tested. It can be used for in-home and out-of-home metering. It did so in connection with an ATO tender for out-of-home viewership measurement.

The ResSolution Group is expanding its reach in the media research field - together with DCore Software it has developed the ReDAM mobile media measurement solution, which allows it to collect data from participants both in and outside the home. The ResSolution DCore DAM.Meter technology has been audited by French auditor CESP, the agency reported.

The audited mobile technology is based on audiomatching, the matching of sound fingerprints recorded by the metering device with reference recordings of the measured sources, and detecting the user's location to determine whether they are at home or away from home. Since the technology is in the form of an app on mobile phones, it allows the measurement of exposure to diverse content in multiple media - on TV, radio or the Internet.

The audit was completed by ResSolutionGroup and DCore Software due to participation in the Asociace televizních organizací tender for mobile TV viewership measurement.

"The CESP audit was a great experience for our company. It brought more than satisfactory results and showed that our solution, which we have been working on with our partners DCore for the last few years, meets international standards," commented Jakub Fulín, Media Measurement Director of ResSolutionGroup.

As we have previously we reported, Gemius (the current implementer of the Czech Internet traffic measurement NetMonitor), the aforementioned ResSolution Group have expressed interest in participating in the tender for the measurement of viewership outside the home, Median (the current implementer of Radioprojekt's radio listenership measurement and Mediaprojekt's press readership measurement, as well as the implementer of AdMeter), the Talk / Reppublika agency, which has experience in measuring media from abroad, and the Stem / Mark agency (the implementer of the Radioprojekt and Mediaprojekt measurements).
