Vojtěch Vavrek is the new head of the social media business of the Óčko Group.
TV Óčko is expanding its management structure, recruiting new experts and continuing to increase the strength of its social media team. The position of "Head of Sales Social Media" has been held since April by Vojtěch Vavrek, who joined from the online news service Czech Crunch.
In his position, Vojtěch Vavrek will strive to ensure that Óčko is not perceived only as a TV station, but rather as a complex media that moves into the online space, sets trends, creates new shows and provides clients with what they are looking for in the online space. "We want to be number one among media targeting the young generation of people. As part of my agenda, I want to work on streamlining processes so that the whole process of creating campaigns is as enjoyable as possible for the client, but at the same time we maintain our flexibility, efficiency and originality. The biggest goal is to create a team of people pulling together," he outlined.
"Over the past year, Óčko has established itself as the strongest lifestyle media offering advertising space on social media. This brings with it a strengthening of the team with senior managers who will lead the long-term growth of our platform. The goal is to build an experienced and senior team with a deep knowledge of the social media landscape and an interest in a creative approach to content. This will allow us to continue to improve and develop our services for existing and new clients, so Vojta was an obvious choice for us" says Martin Vocásek, Sales Director.
"Designing content for social networks and long-term strategies for clients are key for us and our sales team has always been very active online and lived social networks, because only through this you can properly convey energy and ideas to clients," added Eliska Hercikova, marketing consultant at TV Óčko.
