As of 1 February, there are changes in the legal section of Prima Group. Due to the growing and increasingly demanding agenda of the Legal Director, Prima Group management has decided to create a new position: the Director of Media and Legal Affairs.
The current director, Pavel Kubina, will move to this new position to make full use of his top expertise in media legislation, media content regulation and self-regulation related to media operations. Martin Strnad, a renowned attorney-at-law who has been the head of Strnad Legal for the past four years, is joining the legal department. The legal department will remain in the organizational structure under CFO Lukas Kubat, while the director of media legal affairs will report to CEO Mark Singer.
