CZECHS TAKE GRAND PRIX AND SEVEN OTHER PRIZES FROM GOLDEN DRUM

Grand Prix from the Golden Drum festival was taken by McCann Prague agency, adding five more awards. Leo Burnett and MSL were also successful.

Czech agencies brought home a total of eight awards from the Golden Drum festival, which took place on 9 and 10 October in Portorož, Slovenia, including one Grand Prix. This was won in the Live Activation category by McCann Prague for the National Day Without Haste campaign it created for the Czech Association of Insurance Companies.

The campaign, whose aim was to encourage people to slow down in their lives and on the roads, which also used the Old Town Orloi, also succeeded in other categories - gold for PR and Live Experience, silver for Brand Strategy and Experience and bronze for Events. She also took bronze in the Casting category for her campaign "Addicts - through binge watching to prevention", which built on a six-part series that aimed to raise awareness of substance addiction and the effects of long-term drug use.

Silver awards were also won by Leo Burnett and MSL, in the Business and Promotional Design and Non Profit categories for their Unforgivable Ring campaign for Prague Pride and Jsme fér.
