Prima is expanding its Sunday afternoon hobby programmes with the launch of Zahradník po ruce
Prima TV's Sunday hobby window, which includes the programmes Receptář prima nápadů, Libovky Pepa Libický and Vychytávky Ládi Hrušky, will be expanded with a new programme Zahradník po ruce (Gardener at Hand) from 14 April. In it, presenter Tomáš Trejbal will guide viewers through the establishment of a natural garden and organic cultivation on balconies and terraces. It will be broadcast on Sundays from 13:45.
"Sunday hobby shows are part of the Prima channel's programming schedule. Topics related to gardens, living and building are increasingly interesting to our viewers. That's why five years ago we added to our regulars - Receptáři prima ideů and Vychytávkám Ládi Hruška - Libovky Pepa Libický, focused on larger construction and renovation projects. This year's new feature, Gardener at Hand, is again focused on the garden and follows the trend of sustainable growing, natural gardens and the use of permaculture. Growing one's own fruit and vegetables in harmony with nature and without chemicals, often in urban conditions, is a progressive topic of interest to the general public," says Alex Ruzek, Programme Director of the Prima Group.
In demonstrations and workshops, the programme will show how to grow vegetables and fruit without chemicals. Each episode of the show will feature four reports on seasonal activities in the garden, in the greenhouse and on balconies, as well as a Q&A session for viewers. It will also include visits to completed natural gardens and interviews with their owners.
