Financial director Šárka Švecová is the new managing director of the TV Nova television group, replacing Klára Brachtlova.
The CFO of TV Nova Šárka Švecová has become the new CEO of TV Nova. She replaced Klára Brachtlova as managing director. It follows from the entry in the Commercial Register.
TV Nova has three managing directors. They are CEO Daniel Grunt, legal director Štěpán Peichl and CFO Šárka Švecová. She moved to the post of CFO last December, she has been working at Nova since 2011 and has been deputy CFO since 2022.
The current managing director, Klára Brachtlová, has held the position of Chief External Affairs at TV Nova's parent company, CME, since December 2022. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the German ProSieben and from 2023 President of the Association of Commercial Television (AKTV).
The changes in the CEO position are related to Klára Brachtlová's move to CME. "Šárka Švecová has replaced Klára Brachtlová as managing director, who has already moved fully into the CME management. The other two managing directors remain Daniel Grunt and Štěpán Peichl," TV Nova spokeswoman Barbora Dlabáčková told MediaGuru.cz.
